Healthy life

What do you prefer to eat? a big mac or some veggs? since a few time im trying to have new eating habbits, starting from eat at least 5 times a day but little portions... and try to eat the healthiest as i can without spending a lot of money ... and i would love to share some of my food ideas. Breakfast: sometimes i wake up thirsty so i think about a natural juice with splenda. this is a very jummy option and you can put on it milk or water. you can almost do it with more than one fruit.... one that i loooove! is pineaple, strawberries and banana mix with a half glass of water.
an other breakfast idea that i like is to have 5 salvado cookies with light jelly on them and a cup of white milk with coffe. this is very yummy and perfect for those cold days
Snacks options: i usually have fruits for snack, or a yoghurt, maybe you can have a portion of carrots, of any vegetable that you like...
you can have a sandwich with turkey ham and tomatoes (you can add letucce) and it would bea great option for those days that you dont have a lot of time to seat for a long time at lunch
of course you must drink a lot of water during the day! it will make you feel fresh, help your skin feel smooth and gonna help your digestive proces go better...
